Who we share it with
We only share information with trusted providers who help us run the club and this website, and only as far as they need it:
- Squarespace, which hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.

- Membership enquiries that don’t lead to membership — up to 24 months.
- Member records — for the length of your membership and up to six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
